Housing That Heals

Reveille Foundation staff member meeting with a veteran to provide housing support and wraparound services in Oregon

Our Mission To help veterans and underserved people rebuild from the ground up, starting with housing, and staying through healing.

Our Approach Housing First. Dignified studio apartments. On-site behavioral health care. Employment pathways. Relentless follow-through. We meet people where they are and stay with them until they thrive.

Founded in 2018, Reveille started with a simple idea: give people a key, not a bunk bed in a room full of bunk beds. That idea became a model. Private rooms. Licensed clinical staff. Wraparound support under one roof. No one turned away. No one left to figure it out alone.

BY THE NUMBERS

200+ people served per year
90% of residents engage in therapy
100% private rooms. Never bunk beds.
3:1 staff-to-resident ratio
24/7 safety staff on site

Clean, dignified studio apartment provided by Reveille Foundation for veterans and program participants in Oregon

“They gave me a key, a bed, and someone who believed in me.
That changed everything.” — Marcus, Navy veteran
