Do I lose my spot if I relapse?

No. Relapse does not automatically remove you from the program. We update your care plan and increase support as needed. Severe safety or policy violations can affect housing.

Length of stay depends on active participation and available funding. We review progress regularly and confirm next steps with you.

Many participants pay nothing. Any costs depend on funding, insurance, or benefits. We help you apply for coverage and do not charge for intake.

No. Deflection requires an official referral. If you don’t have one, choose Get Support and we’ll help with resources.

Yes. Tell us where you are today. We coordinate substance-use treatment and harm-reduction supports.

Yes. We work with justice partners and provide documentation per our agreement.

We only share information with your consent or when required by law to protect safety.

For agencies and justice partners

Program snapshot: Housing-first stabilization with behavioral health, case management, and employment services. Intake as capacity allows after referral verification.
Referral criteria: Oregon jurisdiction; participant willing to engage in services; priority for veterans and people at high risk of homelessness.
Coordination: Dedicated coordinator within 1 business day; progress notes and appearance support per MOU; privacy-aligned data sharing.
Outcomes tracked: Housing stability • Treatment engagement • Court appearance adherence • Employment and income gains • Recidivism reduction
