No. Sobriety is not required to start. You must agree to participate in treatment and case management and follow community guidelines.
Yes. Tell us where you are today. For eligible Veterans and Deflection participants, we coordinate substance-use support and, when available, placement. For others, we connect you to trusted detox, treatment, and harm-reduction services and follow up so you’re not alone.
We work with people managing depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other conditions. Veterans and Deflection participants may access on-site counseling. Others are connected to community mental health providers with warm handoffs. If you’re in immediate crisis, call or text 988.

No. Housing may be available for eligible Veterans and Deflection participants. For everyone else, we provide caring navigation to shelters, behavioral health, benefits, and employment resources. We stay with you until you’re connected.
For Veterans and Deflection participants, placement depends on eligibility verification and unit availability. We move as fast as capacity allows. Others receive same-day navigation and referrals; on-site housing is not guaranteed.
Many participants pay nothing. Any costs depend on funding, insurance, or benefits. Intake is free, and we help you apply for coverage.
Yes. We help you get IDs and apply for benefits. Lack of documents should not stop you from completing intake.
No. We don’t share your information without consent, except if required by law to protect safety.
